Who doesn’t love a Hollywood smile? Teeth whitening is definitely growing in the UK especially when you see those beautiful shiny teeth of all the influencers and the younger people, so I’ve written about this before and while there are toothpastes available and strips, I think the best way to go and get a white a smile is to actually go to your dentist. Superdrug regular saves
A recent trip to Superdrug opened my eyes to their own range of products. I must admit when it comes to shampoos and other toiletries, I am a bit of a known brand rather than an own brand fan.

Online grocery shopping experience – Morrisons
I’ve been a bit unwell since December and have had to resort to online shopping. I have used Tesco for a while and thought that as Morrisons came out top in my latest online grocery shopping comparison (on paper), I had better try it out in person. Here are the good and bad points:
Good things about shopping at Morrisons online
1. I seemed to get more value for money
My shop was 75 items and cost just over £100, whereas 74 items from Tesco were £173 just before Xmas with lots of vouchers. I know that I haven’t done a like for like comparison, but I pretty much buy the same things every week, so the shop was cheaper.

1. Homemade body scrub

One of my favourite Twitter feeds at the moment is @lifetipseasy. I love the practical and really simple tips and quite a few of them are about saving money or using alternative (cheaper) products to fix a problem, and some are even just simply genius.
Here are my favourite tips at the moment from the feed:
1. Measure one of your fingers and memorise the length – now you have an instant ruler.

Reviews of anti-snoring devices….sleep is priceless
I haven’t had eight hours sleep for a few years now and so enough was enough and I started my quest to find snoring aids to help Mr BH stop snoring and me to get some sleep.
Now his snoring is serious. A few years back before we met, he had an operation which helped, but the effects have worn off. The thought of going under general anesthetic to prevent snoring was too dangerous and the £2,000 cost also ruled the operation out.
